This company was formed in the year 2010 by Mr.Shekhar Bakhale. He is a professional having core competency in event management in Sports. He possesses unmatched skills and a track record of more than 25 years in sports event management and has several times demonstrated his skills in various sports events held in Pune.

Basically a Commerce Graduate, he is also a qualified Diploma holder in Plastics Technology and Diploma in Advanced Web Designing. He has a passion for sports and wishes to contribute in a commendable way to the Indian Sports .
He was inspired by a Management Guru and the referred Directive passed by the Sports Ministry of India in the year 2010  that there must be a fool proof electronic card provided to all athletes that will eradicate the age fraud and also help in many other ways to efficiently monitor their performance and other parameters, depending on the sports discipline that they participate.

He then innovated a unique solution by way of the smart card for athletes , which will shortly be introduced in some of the Sports Federations in India.

For achieving this he has tied up with a reputed Software + Hardware Company in India and has a complete back up support from them.
